C100 Quickstart Guide

1. Locate the power button on the top of the headset.
2. Hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the headset on.

1. Put on your headset.
2. Double click the button on your controller.
   • If you cannot find the pointer on screen, point your controller forward and press and hold the button to reset the controller.
3. Select your Wifi and enter your password when prompted.
   • If your password has special characters, choose the “EN” version.
4. Submit your password and look for a green checkmark next to your Wifi network name.
5. Press the button once to return to the Carrot app.

1. Navigate to carrot.io on your computer or tablet.
2. Enter your username and password
3. Press “Sign In”.

1. Click the blue “New Exam” button next to your new headset.
2. Fill in the patient information and select your exam type.
3. Select the patient’s preferred language in the instructions dropdown.
4. Click “Start Exam” to queue up the exam on your headset.

1. Click the power button once to wake your device up if it is asleep.
2. Put on the headset and click to start the exam instructions.
3. Complete the exam.

1. When your exam finishes, click the button to view the test results.
2. You can download the test results into your EMR or print them out.

4. You can view progression analysis results from the patient’s profile.

1. You should charge your headset overnight and between exams.
   • You can also use the 10 foot cable to charge during an exam.
2. Every evening, turn the headset all the way off by holding down the power button for 3-5 seconds.

1. Your headset comes with four rechargeable batteries.
2. We recommend keeping two batteries in the controller and the other two on the charger.
3. Swap the batteries in the controller and the charger every 2-3 days.
